Refund Policy

We at www.arogyalok.com strive to ensure your orders are fulfilled according to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event you are unhappy with delivery of product or want to cancel appointment with doctor or booking lab/diagnostic or ambulance service , we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

  • You've received an item(s) that does not match your order
  • The item(s) were damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
  • the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months where the shelf life of the item is more than 3 months
  • The patient has developed any allergies after taking the medication and the doctor has prescribed another medicine, the medicines can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
  • Appointment with doctor can be cancel and refund will be according to below guideline
    1. 100% refund in case of cancellation 6 hour prior to scheduled appointment time
    2. 90 % refund in case of cancellation 60 min prior to scheduled appointment time
    3. 75 % refund in case of cancellation 12 hours after scheduled appointment time.
    4. No refund in case of cancellation 24 hours after scheduled appointment time
    5. Any cancellation will be verify with the doctor and refund discretion depend upon the doctors sole decision .
  • In case of Ambulance service booking (road ambulance) the refund is subject matter of the providers/owner himself as refund of base fare :-
    1. If the ambulance booked and dispatched from source of service provider but yet to be reach at destination to pick patient the refund will be 75% of base fare (prepaid) will be provided
    2. if the ambulance booked and reached at destination but the patient will not be picked then the refund will be 50 % of base fare (prepaid) provided
    3. If the ambulance didn’t booked or unable to reach at pickup destination then 100% of base fare will refunded

  1. In case of sample has been collected or the executive sent for body check-up or any other therapy medication will not be refunded
  2. In case of any discrepancy or contradiction in the report presented by lab technician / centre will be entertain by the technician/owner himself

# All the associates or users have solemnly decided to donate blood to another with his voluntarily decision and neither any monetory consideration or any other consideration will be provided to anyone with a view to social welfare .

Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 1800-274-9897. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.

Returns of pharmaceuticals and wellness products are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
  • Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
  • Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
  • Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds

We do not accept returns in following scenarios:

  • Partially used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (vials, injections, vaccines, penfills, etc.)
  • Products which have expired post purchase
  • Second time request against the same product/order.
Return Process:

Refunds timeline:

Refunds for all eligible Returns are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account.

  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holder's Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Name

Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your arogyalok account should match with the name of the bank account holder. If you have paid the bills using a third party account, refunds will be made to the same account. NEFT refunds will typically be initiated in three business days from our end and will be credited to your account in another two to three business days. We at Arogyalok will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.
